Qualification
:
Graduate with good communication skill
- Opening new source markets and finding the right decision maker.
- Generates leads, and opportunities through outbound campaigns.
- Manage your own endtoend pipeline starting from qualification to onboarding handoff.
- Actively aim for conversion.
- Drive deep
- Building relationships with new contacts and tracking all interactions in CRM.
- Maintaining accurate data in CRM.
What you will bring:
- A dynamic "hunter" personality with a drive to reach decisionmakers is essential; Identifying and qualifying new customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop positive and effective relationships with both technical and business colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced constantly changing environment.
- Highquality customer service skills to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to build longterm relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility.
- 1+ years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in IT, with a record of achieving sales goals.
- Experience in the SaaS or Ecommerce industry is a plus.
- Experience with Fresh works sales CRM is a plus.
Salary:
Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
