**Primary Responsibilities:
- *
  • Min 3 yrs
  • Exposure in Bus body Quality with reputed OEM's or min 5 yrs experience with any reputed Body Builder at Trim and Paint process.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP / PLM for routine activities of SAP transactions and Drawing downloading
  • Thorough knowledge of drawing reading and interpretation / DMU / SMG files etc
  • Good knowledge of Bus body painting process ( specially PU based paint system )
  • In depth knowledge of Trim fitment ( Glass / Window / Electricals etc ) and PDI process (Road test / Shower / final clearance etc).
  • Conversant of Process audits and further corrective actions.
  • Basic knowledge of Root cause analysis / corrective actions etc.
  • Basic knowledge of APS / BPS / JDI / PDCA etc.
  • Familiar with PPT / Excel / word files and report preparation
**Secondary Responsibilities:
- *
  • Taking care of field issues related to Trim and Paint.
  • Bench marking knowledge with competition.
  • Mind set to simplify and reach to solutions with speed.
  • Good team player (CFT)

Pay:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
