We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, focusing on lead nurturing and engagement.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Content Development:
Craft compelling narratives that highlight the benefits of our products and resonate with our target audience.
Lead Nurturing:
Collaborate with the CRM team to develop content strategies that effectively nurture leads through the education technology sales funnel.
Design and implement personalized content to enhance user experiences and drive conversion.
Campaign Management:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to plan and execute CRM campaigns aligned with EdTech industry trends.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize engagement.
Educational Content:
Create copies to nudge the user to consume the content that educates and informs our audience about the benefits of our offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably within the EdTech industry.
A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, educational content, and impactful copy.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Detailoriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
