Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on volume hiring.

Location - Electronic City, Bangalore

Mode - Work from office (5 Days)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in endtoend recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring.
  • Previous experience in a consultancy environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able join within this month.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹350, ₹370,000.00 per year
