Independent handling of Requirements & Design activities

Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis

Managing parts and assembly and in team center data base

Ideation, Concept generation, review and evaluation

Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer

Engineering change management & stakeholders co-ordination

Qualifications:

B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical

Additional Information

Having hands on experience in design calculations
Thermal, Flow, Structure
Hands on experience in MATLAB simulation
Knowledge on plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, postprocessing techniques.
Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stackup
Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
