We have an excellent opportunity for Executive - Compliance with one of our client in Kolkata.

Job Profile:

Managing various clients which consist of various companies and LLP's

Should have proper understanding of the RBI & SEBI compliances

Must be able to coordinate and ensure proper compliance are managed at the clients' end in accordance with companies Act, Income Tax and NBFC guidelines

Should have detailed understanding of Banking related KYC

knowledge on Fiscal laws will be an advantage

Liaisoning with various investment bankers when required

Effective and good Communication skills.

Will need to coordinate with various banks and investment bankers for backoffice paperwork
