Job description - SALES TRAINER

Qualification & Desired Skills

Min. Graduate/ Post Graduate
At least 45 of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position
Advanced customer service and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Open for flexible working hours

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure new hires are trained & ownership of engaging onboarding program for all new hires. Supervise, mentor, and train new joiners during the first 15 days of employment. Training to include a review of all processes, procedures, guidelines, system requirements, etc.
Provide training to new and existing employees.
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including inperson activities and webbased learning.
Expertise and experience with creating content and delivering training programs via virtual platforms. Creation of highquality internal content including and instructional videos, audio guides, and more.
Validate training content by creating a testing and evaluation process to measure the accuracy of the content being delivered, making updates to training content as needed.
Identify and assess training needs and participates in the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery, and need assessment of the training and development programs
Provides input to management about employee performance during the training periods.
Create training modules (when needed) based on the training requirements/needs
Participate in organizational team initiatives providing input on learning needs, and developing schedules for training delivery.
Make recommendations on training progress, effectiveness, and improvements.

Salary:
₹55, ₹75,000.00 per month
