Purpose of the role:

This role of Industry VerticalHead is responsible for heading the specific competencywithin Media & Communication nonUS region business unit andis accountable business development and presalessupport.

KeyResponsibilities: In this role you will be responsiblefor:

Provide PreSales support toglobal business opportunities for both existing clients and newprospects.

Experience in large deal andpresales experience in Cloud and Infrastructure.

Experience working with Hyprescaler cloud service (AWSGCP Azure)

Instrument the customer discussionand generate the new requirements

Drive theproposal discussion by working closely with competency and sales onproposal

Work on proactive proposal based onmarket trends or gaps in current solutions at customers

Understand the customer requirements & Translatethe requirements internally

Support the salesteam in customer discussion and proposal

HelpCustomer for building RFPs and responding to RFPs

Work with BU head sales team or delivery heads forcustomer needs and different requirements aligned with businessgrowth

Chart vision and roadmap for technologyinvestments and solutions to be built

Workclosely with Marketing Business Development and Operations todefine and deliver new products and enhancements

Develop deep relationships with leading CustomerExperience product partners

Define technologyroadmap to adapt futuristic changes to the tools and processes indelivering the solutions

Bring thoughtleadership and ensure visibility and brand building througharticles blogs white papers webinars and participation in partnerled and other events.

Provides market researchand assistance to leadership to identify the best practices ofcompetency development in similar industries.

Regular interventions and assessments of effectiveness throughbusiness impact analysis Project delivery impacts conduct schedulecadence and provides regular feedback to technologygroups

Create overall technology standards andpractices and drive adherence

KEY JOBREQUIREMENTS: In this role you will be successful if youhave:

Experience:

Bachelor or Post Graduate inComputer Science Information Technology or related Engineering withoverall 18 years of experience in technology domain/ Softwareindustry.

Minimum 10 years experience inhandling Delivery Competency development in digital or cloud oranalytics domain.

Skills & Competencies:

Must Have:

Strong expertise of ProjectManagement and Delivery Account Management aspects in technologyorganization.

Understands the breadth and depthof Cloud Web Technologies and Analytical technologies in the areasof customer Experience Solutions Data and Integrationsetc.

Deeply understands evolving technologytrends and customer needs and invests in building capabilitiesahead of the curve

Strong customer advisoryskills

Must have led large crossfunctionaltechnology teams in the past

Must be a speakeror written blogs on digital platforms.

Indepthknowledge of cloud web technologies or analytics architecturedesign and development

Outstandingcommunication interpersonal and leadership skills

Detail oriented & good problemsolvingcapabilities.

Proficient in excel or Power BIor presentation tools.
