• 8 Years+ experience in Infrastructure Services and/or Software Development Background with
• 5+ Years of Strong handson experience on AWS and/or Azure Cloud infrastructure (Expert Level)
• 5+ Years of handson experience in Linux Administration background (Expert Level)
• 3+ Years of experience in infra automation and configuration management tools like terraform, cloud formation, Ansible, or any the deployment tools (Intermediate)
• 3+ Years' experience in DevOps tools, processes related to CI/CD, Infra management, Monitoring, and Security (Expert)
• 3+ Working experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (Expert)
• 2+ years of Managing, Mentoring, and guiding technical teams in the DevOps domain (Expert)
• Should have experience in working with Internal and external Senior Technical Stakeholders and decisionmakers
• Strong spoken and written communication, Presentation, and Influencing skills from a technical standpoint

• Responsible for Leading and Managing a Technical team (35 people) related to Cloud Infra Consulting, Design, L3 Implementation, and Support
• Responsible for Evaluation, Recommendation, and Adoption of Technology in the Cloud Services domain aligning with Organization Objectives
• Represent the Organization from a technical standpoint as required in Customer engagements or Technical forums
• Work with appropriate stakeholders in driving Technology Standardization and Implementation of the same across related Departments.
• Proactive and timely communication with the stakeholders (Internal/External)
• Being uptodate on the technology trends and recommending applicable ones to internal stakeholders
• Align and Participate in Technology and Process discussions to enhance/improve Cloud Services Delivery processes
• Responsible for building/enhancing Technical expertise in the Cloud Services domain across the organization.
