Description
Responsibilities:
Planning, coordination, making agendas
- & MOM for meetings and activities of MD. Prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously and timely follow-up
- on issues as per assignments. Coordinate with entire business teams for arranging review meetings, business
- plan discussion, collect required data and prepare presentations for Meetings as & when required. Planning and managing MD's tasks.
- Willingness and flexibility to assist in all areas of the business is important.
- Handling Requests And Queries appropriately.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Managing files and important documents of company.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
- Ms Office And English Proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and Confidentiality
- PG Diploma or Certification would be considered an advantage

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
