Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnerrelated inquiries and activities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop channel partner programs, incentives, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide training, sales support, and resources to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively sell our products or services.
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, including sales metrics, market share, and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to address any performance issues or gaps.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of engagement with channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with channel partners to assess progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive alignment with mutual goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and promote our brand and offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all channel partner activities and relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in channel partner management, business development, or sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, distribution channels, and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners, attend industry events, and visit customer sites.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per month
