Job Description Amazon Growth:

  • Minimum 2 years of handson experience executing and scaling Amazon
Ads campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of Amazon's

advertising platform.

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends,
and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve

business objectives.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance sales
performance and increase market competitiveness on Amazon.

  • Take ownership of all operational aspects of our Amazon business,
including inventory management (FBA), pricing strategies, and

promotional activities, to maximize sales and profitability.

  • Manage and optimize advertising spend, oversee the lifecycle of ASINs,
and monitor the P&L of Amazon operations to meet financial targets.

  • Continuously assess market demand and execute processes to introduce
new ASINs or products effectively, ensuring a diverse and competitive

product portfolio.

  • Regularly analyse key performance metrics such as BSR, customer reviews,
ratings, revenue, and inventory levels to identify opportunities for

improvement and address any issues proactively.


Retention Marketing:

  • Execute and manage retention marketing channels to drive revenue
notifications, referral / loyalty programs, and affiliates.

  • Ideate & Execute strategies for the entire retention marketing funnel.
  • Plan and execute eventspecific campaigns to enhance customer
retention.

  • Analyse the customer experience and decisionmaking process at each
stage of the customer journey.

  • Analyse competitive, customer, and industry trends to develop innovative
approaches for market launches.

  • Define strategies and manage the communications charter through CRM
channels to drive user journeys across different life cycles.

  • Manage the endtoend user lifecycle through various engagement and
retention strategies to reduce funnel drop-offs.

  • Establish and implement best practices for cohort creation, database
marketing, measurement, evaluation, data capture, maintenance, and

customer/prospect list selection.

  • Must have a decent understanding of retention marketing tools like
Webengage, Klaviyo, CleverTap, Engati etc


Pay:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
