Roles And Responsibilities:

- *
  • Provide academic and career counseling to students, assisting them in selecting courses, majors, and extracurricular activities.
  • Offer personal support and counseling to students facing personal, social, or emotional challenges that may impact their academic performance.
  • Refer students to resources such as tutoring services, academic workshops, and mental health support as needed.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administration to develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, academic plans, and progress towards graduation requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in counseling, higher education, and student support services.
Desired Skills;

  • Have good communication skills in English and any local language with professional presentation.
  • Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Keen interest in education
  • Target driven with a problemsolving approach
  • Interested in mentoring students

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
