Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Document and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offering.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹5, ₹30,000.00 per month
