Qualification:

UG/Diploma:
Associate degree/diploma in culinary arts required

Experience:

2+ years' experience as a Chef in a full-service

Experience in making all type of dishes such as continental dishes, Thai, Mexican, South Indian, North Indian, west Indian (Gujarati), Chinese etc
Prioritise making vegan food at the level of recognized gastronomy; without compromising on taste or health benefits;
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
Ensure that all food is of high quality and meets our standards
Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills
Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required (Bachelor's preferred)

2+ years' experience as a Chef in a full-service

Excellent communication and organization skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Dedicated to food quality and control

Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards

Salary:
