Description
As a Billing Coordinator, you will be preparing billing papers for all our billing accounts.

You will also be in charge of providing liasioning facilities, planning the billing procedures and making an estimate of payments.

You should ensure that customers/vedors/ sub-contractors are charged appropriately and the company's payments are collected in a timely manner.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with Sales and Finance team to manage account payable and receivables.
  • 510 years experience in policy advocacy,liaison with government departments at high level.
  • Strong network / connections at Local, State and Central Government level in particular to R&B.
  • Timely followup, management liaison with all concerned government departments/ bodies to obtain regulatory approvals for its new products by taking data from the company's R&D/ Technical teams.
  • Ensuring that customers pay their bills correctly in a timely manner.
  • Preparing financial statements and submitting them on time.
  • Requesting for payments of pending debts in an appropriate manner.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer's information, received payments and so on.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
  • Proven 2 years of work experience as a Billing Coordinator, Billing Specialist, Billing Analystor a similar position.
  • Excellent understanding of relevant finance laws.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable and payable procedures.
  • Excellent in MS Office and Data Entry tasks.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks at a time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize them.
  • Attention to detail for accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in teams as and when required.
