Position Overview:


The Boeing Law and Global Compliance team is seeking an
Intellectual Property (IP) Auditor with solid technical and ethical characteristics to join our Boeing Intellectual Property team in Bengaluru, India
.


Audits may be performed remotely or in person, as the audit requires. At this time, the position is anticipated to require travel 10-15% of time. In addition, the position will report to a manager in the U.S. West Coast and be part of a small U.S.

based team, so the position requires the ability to take calls and participate in meetings remotely during times that accommodate the U.S.

based time zones.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute detailed audit test plans; validate 3rd party compliance to various contractual requirements and identify nonconformities and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct audit fieldwork using appropriate auditing methods, industry best practices and customized plans based on situational riskbased factors
  • Draft and complete detailed audit reports based on fieldwork, supporting evidence, multifaceted analyses and implications of findings and observations
  • Provide clear, timely communication on project status to team, internal stakeholders, 3rd parties and executive leadership, including recommended resolution options to address nonconformities and noncompliance
  • Work closely with an outside auditor firm

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • Experience in auditing, accounting, supply chain contracts, Boeing products and Intellectual Property licenses
  • Selfmotivator
  • Experience with problem solving
  • Team player with good communication skills, political savvy and excellent analytical skills
  • Experience handling ambiguity
  • Operational and organizational skills
  • Experience in the full complement of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in supporting and leading virtual teams
  • Experience working in a global work environment and managing communication and collaboration across multiple time zones

Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
