The objectives of this Genpact operations unit is to tie with the overall aims of Tango. The group aims to provide a high standard of service for client in Canada Geographies. The positions operate in a dynamic environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, 'can do" attitude. You must also be willing to work in flexible and varying shifts through the year. As a part of the team you must react proactively, positively, patiently and effectively for seeking clarifications, have a customer centric approach in problem solving._
Responsibilities_

- _Transaction processing for Claims Support Teams_
- _Communicating with the Onsite Team_
- _Responsible for end-to-end Property & Casualty Insurance Claims processing_
- _Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution_
- _Responsible to manage varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_

Minimum qualifications_

- _Knowledge of Insurance Claims (preferred)_
- _Graduate from a recognized university_
- _Proficient in German / French language - read, write, speak & listen_
- _Fluent in English language
- both written and oral_
- _Ability to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution_
- _Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize own tasks effectively_
- _Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, personal integrity, and flexibility_
- _Knowledge of using Excel_
- _Proactive and ability to coordinate with different departments for required Inputs_
