Responsibilities:

• Implementand configure Oracle OSMC solutions according to clientrequirements.
  
• Collaboratewith clients to gather and analyze business requirements for orderand service managementprocesses.
  
• Designand customize Oracle OSMC applications to meet specific businessneeds.
  
• Developand execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality ofOracle OSMCsolutions.
  
• Providetraining and support to endusers on Oracle OSMC functionalities andbestpractices.
  
• Troubleshootand resolve any issues or challenges encountered duringimplementation or postimplementationphases.
  
• Stayupdated on the latest Oracle OSMC features updates and industrytrends to provide recommendations for continuousimprovement.
  
• Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including developers businessanalysts and project managers to ensure successful projectdelivery.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  
• 38years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle OSMCsolutions.
  
• Strongunderstanding of order and service managementprocesses.
  
• Proficiencyin Oracle OSMC modules andfunctionalities.
  
• Experiencein customizing and extending Oracle OSMC applications usingconfigurations andextensions.
  
• Abilityto gather and analyze business requirements and translate them intotechnicalsolutions.
  
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  
• Strongproblemsolving abilities and attention todetail.
  
• Abilityto work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  

PreferredSkills:

• OracleOSMC certification.
  
• Experiencewith Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integrationplatforms.
  
• Knowledgeof Oracle CPQ (Configure Price Quote) or other related Oracleapplications.
