    Description
    The Financial Manager is a key executive position responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategy of the company.

    The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and Financial Planning and Analysis:


    • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
    • Monitor market trends and changes that may impact the company's financial stability.

    Treasury Management:

    • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
    • Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with financial institutions.

    Audit and Compliance:

    • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Recruit, train, and develop finance professionals to ensure a highperforming team.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    Educational Qualification:

    • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

    Experience:

    • Proven track record of at least 35 years in a senior finance role, preferably as a CFO or Finance Director.
    • Experience in premium/luxury Products Industry is highly desirable.

    Technical Skills:

    • Indepth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and taxation.
    • Strong understanding of financial modelling and analysis.

    Leadership Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
    • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.

    Communication Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
