JOB DESCRIPTION /RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand & collect the business & customer needs onDigital & I4.0 scope.
Convert the Business ideas toPOCs and deliverable projects
Manage Projects to ensuretimely completion to ensure the resources are aligned
Define KPIs for each Industry 4.0 project monitor their progressand ensure that they meet the
desiredexpectations
Create a roadmap aligned with the businessobjectives and customer requirements.
POC ScriptingDocumentation of new i4.0 Projects
Master data controlPlant interface Testing Roll out of projects
supporttraining and guidance for both new and existing projects ensuring asmooth transition and
ongoing assistance asneeded.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance in all I4.0initiatives & OT network.
Responsible forimplementation of Global SaintGobain Applications.
Responsible for ITOT connectivity across the factory.
Responsible for integration between field instruments and IoT edgedevices.
Support to develop project plansschedules tocomplete projects within budgets.
Preparing RFQtechnical acceptance report and project sign offdocument.

NATURE OFEXPERIENCE

Exposurerequired on
Lean Manufacturing and DevOps conceptsunderstanding
Experience/ Knowledge of AgileMethodology
Experience in project management anddemonstrate proficiency in effectively leading andmanaging
teams
Experience/ Knowledge ofIndustry 4.0 methodologies/standards.
Knowledge ofrealtime monitoring of manufacturing machines
Must haveproduction shop floor experience
Hands on experience inIgnition Python and MLOps will be a plus.
Knowledge inAndroid & IOS platforms will be an added advantage

Able to understand PLC SCADA Robot programsand make modifications when necessary.

Experience in SQL Database MQTTcommunication.
