**Responsibilities:

Design Creation:Assist in the development of design concepts for various projects, including marketing materials, social media content, website assets, print collateral, and more.
Collaborate with the senior design team to execute design concepts that align with the brand guidelines and project requirements.

Visual Content Production:
Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design elements.

Help prepare assets for both digital and print distribution, ensuring they are of high quality and suitable for the intended medium.

Brand Consistency:
Work within established brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all design materials.
Assist in updating and refining brand assets as needed.

Creative Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, content, and web development) to support their design needs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.

Project Management:
Organize and manage design files, ensuring they are well-structured and easily accessible.
Assist in maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

Feedback and Revisions:
Accept and implement constructive feedback from senior designers and team members to enhance design quality.

Market Research:
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
