Description
Key responsibilities:
- Working to create travel itineraries. This may involve coordinating with transportation providers, hotels, and other service providers.
- Oversee the logistics of travel operations, including transportation, accommodation, and other services. This includes ensuring that all arrangements are in place for a client's trip.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors such as hotels, airlines, and transportation providers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for the company.
- Monitor the quality of services provided by vendors to ensure they meet the company's standards. Address any issues of the clients
- Ensure that all travel documents and permits are in order.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a seamless operation. Provide support to other team members as needed.
- Handle unforeseen issues or emergencies during travel operations. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Salary:
₹15, ₹24,000.33 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
