Das Writing Services, a leading content solutions provider, is seeking a talented and experienced Content Team Lead for Finance to join our team in Kolkata.

This is an onsite position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the writing field, specifically in finance, and a strong background in commerce or finance.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of highquality finance content.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for the finance domain, aligning with business objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research on finance topics, staying uptodate with industry trends and regulations.
  • Create engaging and informative finance content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and other relevant materials.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing and design, to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making datadriven decisions to optimize content strategy and drive engagement.
  • Stay informed about SEO best practices and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and emerging trends in finance to provide valuable insights and thought leadership.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the writing field, with a focus on finance content.
  • Strong background in commerce or finance, with a solid understanding of financial concepts, terminology, and industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for a wide audience.
  • Proven track record of delivering highquality finance content that engages and informs readers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of writers.
  • Proficiency in conducting research and synthesizing information from reliable sources.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering errorfree content.
