    Description

    Responsibilities:
    He will beresponsible for generating new business in an allocated territory.
    He will be responsible for meeting the annual targets of thecompany.
    He will be responsible for meeting new clients and generatinginterest through effective presentations with product and softwareknowledge. He should be wellversed in the dynamics of the business.
    He will beresponsible for maintaining the pipeline of potential business inthe territory. He must maintain a database of all customers visitedby him in the territory.
    He shouldbe well versed with top competition companies of the territory. Heshould suggest plans to counter the competition.
    He shouldindependently evaluate the clients needs and suggest solutionsindependently. He should have good people management skills and bea good team player.
    He shouldthink out of the box and plan initiatives in the territoryindependently.
    He shouldcoordinate well within the departments and build cordialrelationships within the departments and other HODs s.
    He will beresponsible for collecting payments or following up on paymentsperiodically.
    He shouldmaintain all the customer interaction records for internal reviews.
    He will betravelling to other cities as well to meet the customers


    Candidaterequirements:

    CandidatesRequirement:
    Experience in promoting and selling Online RealTime water Qualityanalysers. Flow meters Ph sensors and other water analysers onlineReal Time Emission and Air quality analysers Gas Detectors will bepreferred.
    Experience required for the role of at least 8 to 15 years.
    He must befrom a techno sales background either from b2b sales or corporatesales. If he has done Govt sales will be an added advantage.
    He must bemobile and willing to travel to meet new and old customers. This isa job of 80% in the market and 20% in planning at the office.
    Overall weneed a salesperson whose job is to meet new customers and generatebusiness.
    He must have experience in managing the team. He must have peoplemanagement skills also.
