Description
Review and comment on the concept designs and drawings of residential / commercial project

Review and comment on material samples to be selected

Recommending design enhancements, wherever required

Conduct inspection for site readiness and coordination with engineering / civil team for the same

Work closely with all departments and stakeholders to ensure achievement of timelines.

Ensure all compliances of the design approvals and execution is in accordance to the design guidelines / by-laws.

Conducting periodic site visits to ensure construction is as per the approved designs

Maintaining all drawings / designs for easy reference

Coordination with liasoning team & govt. officials for approval purposes


Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
