Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and find potential clients, establishing long-term relationships with them
  • Persuade potential clients to have a phone call or meeting to discuss insurance products
  • Provide advice to clients on the insurance policies that best meet their requirements
  • Tailor insurance programs to meet each client's individual needs
  • Present approved policies to new clients, outlining the benefits and risks involved
  • Review the insurance needs of current clients following significant life events
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and optimal strategies
Insurance Sales Representative requirements

  • No prior experience as an Insurance Agent required
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrates resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Effective time management skills and great organizational abilities

Job Types:
