Position Overview:


As a Company Secretary Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Company Secretary in various administrative and compliance functions.

This role is designed for individuals who are interested in gaining practical experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial duties within a dynamic and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Governance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements, including the preparation of board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

Statutory Compliance: Support the Company Secretary in maintaining statutory registers, filing of statutory returns, and compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by relevant authorities.

Document Management: Manage and maintain company records, documents, and corporate files in an organized and accessible manner, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Meeting Coordination: Assist in the coordination and logistics of board and committee meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and distribution of meeting materials.

Communication and Correspondence: Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Company Secretary, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

Legal Research: Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters relevant to the company's operations and provide summaries and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and advise relevant stakeholders accordingly.

Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of corporate governance principles, company law, and regulatory compliance requirements.


Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in law, business administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in corporate governance or company secretarial practice are advantageous.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, with the ability to maintain meticulous records and documentation.

Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Integrity: Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
