Description
Greeting and directing customers

  • Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales services)
  • Answering customers' questions about specific products/services
  • Crosssell products
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked
  • Manage returns of merchandise
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Stay uptodate with new products/services
  • Manages financial transactions.
  • Increase the Sales.
  • Put all the effort to convince the customer for sales.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ambarnath, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
