Site Supervisor

Location:
Taloja

  • Good coordinating skills.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of site coordination, procurement and filling of BOQs
  • Eye for detail.
  • Should be able to handle the site independently.
  • Should be well versed with the responsibilities of a site supervisor.
  • Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.
  • Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
  • Liasoning with owners and subcontractors.
  • Carry out daytoday management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Plan the work and efficiently organise the site facilities in order to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Well versed with excel.
  • Preparing monthly bills and following up on payments.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
