  • Supplying quality content in their stream.
  • To track the challenges that appear on our Q&A
  • Responsible for giving the solution to the query which will appear on the portal.
  • Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating the daily tracker
  • Support the client queries on a realtime basis.

Skills Required-:

  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent Proficiency in English language.
  • Exceptional mentorship abilities to implement technical solutions.
  • Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert.
  • Ability to identify & solve problems.

Salary:
