Responsibilities:


  • Anticipate and identify future hiring needs based on business goals and growth projections.
  • Foster collaboration to ensure a consistent understanding of hiring needs across different departments.
  • Create detailed and accurate job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
  • Ensure job descriptions align with the company's goals and culture.
  • Implement a multichannel recruitment strategy.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to streamline the onboarding process.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements:


  • Reporting to the company CEO or superiors.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:


  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media and other recruiting tools
  • Experience in fullcycle recruiting process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruiting.

Ability to commute :
Kolkata, West Bengal (preferred), reliably commute or planning to relocate


Salary: 10k - 15k per month
