The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating guests, and providing assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave, providing a positive first and last impression of the restaurant.
• Manage reservations, including recording bookings, confirming reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to accommodate guest preferences and maximize seating capacity.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing the waitlist during busy periods and ensuring that guests are promptly seated.
• Communicate effectively with the restaurant team to coordinate seating, manage wait times, and resolve any guest concerns or special requests.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations during peak dining hours.
• Assist with coat check services and provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu options, and special promotions.
• Monitor the dining room and alert management of any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for guests.
• Collaborate with servers and other staff members to ensure efficient flow of service and timely seating of guests.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, with experience as a hostess/host being an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Positive attitude and teamoriented mindset, with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace and diplomacy.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional training or certification in hospitality or customer service preferred
