Description
Monitoring end to end Documents process of Imports & Export- Commercial Invoice, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, BL etc.
- Check list, BL Draft, Coo & Marine insurance approvals
- Coordinate with CHA/Forwarder for post shipment Activity
- Export Documents against LC Checking & Approvals
- Shipment/DHL Tracking
- Liaison with custom, SPEEZ, DGFT, MCCIA
- Estimation of Transportation cost (Ocean/Air/Road)
Account & Finance:
- Making Cash payment, Bank payment, Vouchers, Cheques
- Debit note and credit note as per requirement
- Supplier reconciliation and follow up for closure entries
- Customer reconciliation and follow up for quarries if any
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditor for monthly and yearly closing
Salary:
₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
