Trucknetic aims to play a crucial role in India's booming logistics sector and become the first platform in the world to provide any truck for any commodity from anywhere in the country.


Objectives of this Role:


  • Coordinate the procurement and management of supplies, ensuring an adequate inventory is maintained.
  • Communicate with vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely and accurate execution of operations.
  • Oversee the backhand supplier process, addressing any issues that may arise with the backhand supervisor and coordinating with supply associates to resolve them.
  • Manage the placement of vehicles and coordinate with clients to fulfill their transportation requirements.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements.
  • Train and coordinate supervisors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage their teams and achieve operational targets.
  • Act as a warden to supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Acquire new clients and manage existing client relationships, addressing their needs and resolving any concerns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
  • Train new supervisors and coordinate ground operations to maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain constant communication with staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Being on field at times to onboard Truckers and Fleet owners.
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Partner with crossfunctional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems.
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant.
  • Oversee materials and inventory management.
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.

Things we are looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.

3+ years' proven experience in an operations management position.

  • Strong budget development and oversight skills.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
