    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Support the learner selection process by reviewing applications, conducting preliminary screenings, and coordinating interviews or assessments as needed.

    2. Maintain accurate records of learner information and progress throughout the selection process along with making phone calls and addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback of the learners with patience and empathy.

    3. Collaborate with the program team to organize virtual or in-person Information Sessions to increase the learners understanding about The Smart Fellowship.

    4. Assist in the onboarding process for new learners, including sending welcome emails, providing program information, and answering initial inquiries about The Smart Fellowship.

    5. Make regular calls to learners to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding The Smart Fellowship.

    Who are we looking for? Background & experience:

    1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with learners, facilitate a supportive learning environment and ability to provide program information to the learners when needed.

    2. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team setting while communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    3. Comfortable using technology tools such as Email, Microsoft Excel and virtual communication platforms for meetings and engagement activities.

    4. Ability to think creatively and propose solutions to improve program effectiveness and learner satisfaction.

    5. Familiarity with educational programs or previous experience in education-related roles is a plus but not required.

    Stipend:
