  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporations, foundations, government agencies, other nonprofits, and community organizations.
  • Understand the needs and priorities of partners to ensure alignment with the nonprofit's mission.

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:

  • Collaborate with partners to secure financial support, inkind donations, and other resources.

Grant Writing and Proposals:

  • Ensure that partnership proposals align with the requirements of potential funders.

Collaboration with Program Teams:

  • Work closely with program managers to understand the organization's programs and initiatives.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

  • Leverage events as opportunities for networking, relationship building, and fundraising.

Advocacy and Policy Engagement:

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.

Budget Management:

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Leadership and Team Management:

Crisis Management:

Pay:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
