Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and identify potential students through various channels, including online platforms, events, referrals, and networking.
  • Communicate the unique benefits and features of our courses to prospective students, highlighting how they align with individual career goals.
  • Conduct consultations and provide detailed information about course curriculum, faculty, and career prospects to potential students and their families.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the education industry and market trends to effectively address student needs and concerns.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential students to guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase brand visibility and attract potential students.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the academy.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education sector or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to understand student needs and align them with appropriate courses.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for achieving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
