hi we are clothing brand looking for an appropriate marketing executive manager for the following tasks

Social Media Management: Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the company's website or physical stores.

Content Creation: Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Community Engagement: Building and nurturing online communities around the brand by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and fostering meaningful interactions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring social media metrics and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Influencer Marketing: Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to reach a larger audience and enhance brand credibility.

Crisis Management: Handling any negative feedback or crises on social media in a timely and professional manner to mitigate damage to the brand's reputation.

staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ordering new stock, and managing inventory records to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Visual Merchandising: Ensuring that the store layout and displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase products to maximize sales.

Customer Service: Resolving customer complaints or issues, providing product information, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Sales Performance: Setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase revenue.

Financial Management: Managing the store's budget, controlling expenses, and optimizing profitability while adhering to financial policies and procedures.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and implementing security measures to prevent theft or accidents.

Marketing and Promotions: Planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract customers and drive sales.

Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties such as scheduling staff shifts, processing payroll, and preparing reports for upper management.
