Diktra, a digital marketing and web designing company, is seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our services to potential clients.

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote Diktra's digital marketing and web designing services.
• Generating leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
• Following up on leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
• Building a strong understanding of Diktra's services and value proposition to effectively communicate with clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing clients' queries and concerns.
• Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the company's CRM system.
• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment booking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week

₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
