Description

About the internship:

Oversee day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations when needed.

Collaborate with local businesses and services, such as catering, stationery and courier services, to meet the office's needs.

Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.

Participate in office revamping, furniture and equipment procurement, and ongoing aesthetic maintenance to ensure a well-optimized, comfortable, and inspiring work environment.

Establish and manage vendor relationships by coordinating services, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, processing invoices, and monitoring service quality.
