Description
Fluent English to speak is compulsory.

  • Only Night Shift.
  • Any Software/Technical Experience is required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls for customer service inquiries.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
