Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service- Excellent communication skill
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- 01 years of experience in Customer support
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Follow standard operating process when replying/speaking to the customers
- Be the first point of Contact for all the customer escalations
- Understand the customer's query and give the best resolution to the customer
- Work closely with the operations team
Salary:
₹8, ₹21,609.94 per month
