Responsibilities:


Systems Development:
Continuously improve and develop new systems to streamline data management and analysis processes. Implement automated solutions, macros, or scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


Data Analysis:
Conduct in-depth data analysis to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making processes. Utilize advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and other data analysis techniques to manipulate and summarize complex data sets.


Data Integrity:
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and databases. Regularly perform data audits, verification, and validation to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.


Reporting and Visualization:
Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders. Present data in a clear and visually appealing manner using Excel, Google Sheets, or other appropriate tools.


SQL Querying:
Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases. Perform data joins, filtering, and aggregation operations to obtain relevant information for analysis and reporting purposes.


Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management, analysis, and reporting. Recommend and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data-related needs, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
• Proven experience in advanced Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience in writing and executing queries.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Continuous learning mindset, keeping uptodate with advancements in data analysis and related technologies.

Salary:
₹150, ₹300,000.00 per year
