Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Convert inbound leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns with urgency and care.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about the company's services and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle customer escalations by providing effective solutions and followups.

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in all three languages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for problemsolving.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and highvolume inbound calls with composure.
• Experience in CRM software and telephone systems.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
