Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for property sales.
Assist the sales team in developing and implementing effective pre-sales strategies to attract prospective clients.
Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties, pricing, and financing options to interested buyers.
Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients on site visits, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to provide insightful recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Assist in organizing and participating in real estate events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote the firm's services and expand the client base.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update the CRM system regularly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate, preferably in a pre-sales capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for property visits.
A positive attitude and a passion for real estate.
