    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build excellent knowledge of the product and services of the company.

2. Ensure the customer has a successful experience with the product or service from very beginning.

3. Assist the customer over the phone or chat with technical support and service issues.

4. Keep records and details of phone calls and customers for future reference.

5. Follow our guidelines and preserve our company in every piece of content.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Excellent verbal communication skills.

2. Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

4. Ability to alleviate conflicts and escalate tactfully.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
Up to ₹2.50 per year
