Roles and Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of personal files of staff and workers.
Knowledge of attendance software
Ensure timely processing of salary on software
Maintenance of records as per ESI ,PF,LABOUR,FACTORY and other various laws
Ensure training of employees as per training schedule.
Supervise daily cleaning and suggest reforms if any to be made.
Ensure the proper management of waste and overall cleanliness in a company.
Supervise control regarding proper in and out recording of manpower.
Supervise control regarding documentation of attendance of employees.
Ensure proper securities of company premises.
To ensure proper safety of employees working in the company.
Knowledge regarding safety measures(fire extinguishers,firstaid)
Knowledge of compliance(ESI PF LABOUR FACTORY etc.)
Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policies
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluation.
Knowledge of employees benefits like (leaves,incentive schemes etc)
