    Description

    Summary :
    We are seeking a talented and passionate AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.

    You will play a key role in the entire lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data engineering and classical machine learning to potentially exploring deep learning and natural language processing techniques.

    Your strong foundation in Python coding, classical ML algorithms, and data engineering will be instrumental in building and deploying effective AI solutions.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python libraries (e.g., scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to solve realworld problems (specify the industry or domain here).
    • Participate in all stages of the machine learning pipeline, including data acquisition, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, evaluation, and deployment.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of classical machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees, random forests) and their applicability to different problems.
    • Explain the nuances of chosen ML algorithms and justify their selection based on project requirements.
    • Utilize data engineering skills with tools like Pandas to wrangle and prepare data for machine learning tasks.
    • Leverage your knowledge of classical ML & statistics to perform exploratory data analysis, feature selection, and model evaluation.
    - (Optional) Explore and potentially implement deep learning techniques for complex problems (if applicable based on the company's focus).

    - (Optional) Develop natural language processing (NLP) solutions for tasks like text classification, sentiment analysis, or chatbot development (if applicable based on the company's focus).

    • Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and monitoring performance.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to bring AI solutions to life.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
    • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
    • Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with machine learning libraries.
    • Indepth knowledge of classical machine learning algorithms and their applications.
    • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas).
    • Experience with model deployment and productionization is a plus.

    Preferred :
    Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for complex problems.

    • Experience with natural language processing techniques for textbased data.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Passion for learning and staying current with the latest advancements in AI/ML.
