Job Summary


Customer Service:

  • Welcome & greet customers with a pleasant attitude so as to enhance the showroom image.
  • To engage with the customer, understand the customer's requirement targeting customer delight, and direct them to the proper section.
  • Monitor and record store footfall and walkins and execute customer experience guidelines at the store.
  • Guide the customers to the waiting area, keep them engaged and ensure that the customers are supplied refreshments.
  • Upgrade personal and company image to stimulate maximum customer appeal.
  • Ensure special guests, like disabled people, the elderly, children, and VIPs receive personalized services.
  • Help customers during the jewellery trials for the proper presentation of ornaments.
  • Direct customers with postpurchase feedback/grievances, or service requirements, to the right avenue.
Functional Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing front office and customer relations.
  • Assist in maintaining attendance and movement registers for store staff.
  • Accurately gather customer data related to prepurchase, conversion, footfall data, etc.) for the analysis.
Visual Merchandising

  • Assist in managing the overall Store ambiance through maintenance of displays (E.g., dangler, standee, store decorations, etc.) and supporting the Store to adhere to VM guidelines.
Marketing

  • Assist in coordinating event management activities during the store launch and product exhibitions.
  • Tele calling: Call up potential customers(leads), invite existing and potential customers to exhibitions, publicize promotional events/campaigns, etc.
  • Conduct competitor study and be fully informed on the products provided by the competitors to answer queries of customers.
Schemes

  • Guide customers in the scheme opening process and provide timely reminders related to the scheme payment dues to the customers.
Internal process

  • Adhere to the standard operating procedures in the store.
  • Prepare MIS and reports as required by the stores.
People development

  • Continuously strive for selfdevelopment by actively seeking opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines for completion of performance appraisal for self.
  • Take overall responsibility for identification of training needs and completion of mandatory training programs/certifications for self.
